We do not offer refunds for digital products or services once they have been activated and delivered. To ensure your satisfaction, we encourage you to request a trial before making a purchase.

If you believe your situation warrants special consideration, please submit a refund request. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis. If a refund is granted, access to the service(s) will be revoked.

Please note: Full refunds are only available for purchases made within the last 7 days. For refund requests submitted after 7 days, a partial refund will be issued based on the duration of the subscription used. Our support team will reach out in all refund cases.

Important: Refunds are not available for trials or accounts that have been used for more than half of the subscription period.

Refund Process: Refunds typically take 5-7 business days to process, and we cannot expedite this period. Our payment processors handle all refund requests. We will initiate the refund as soon as your request is reviewed and your information verified.
